The single level parking area is easy to access and close to all retailers, providing the elderly and disabled with complete access in and around the centre.

By road, Zone Underwood is 20 kilometres south of Brisbane CBD and approximately 60 kilometres north of the Gold Coast.
Zone Underwood is easily accessible by car. Located on the corner of Compton Road and Kingston Road, it is easily accessed from the north or south by taking the Springwood Exit.
